This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (www.kaamezy.com), use our services via WhatsApp, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

  • Details about your requirements for domestic help (nature of work, timings, etc.)
     

• Information from Domestic Helpers:

  • Current and/or Permanent Address

  • Aadhaar Card details (for identity and address verification purposes)

  • Skills and Work Experience details

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

• Directly from You: Through forms on our website (if applicable), direct communication via WhatsApp (primarily free-form text), email, or phone calls when you register, inquire, or use our Services.

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to ours.  
   

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below:  

• To Facilitate Service Provision: To source, screen, and match Domestic Helpers with Clients based on stated requirements.

• To Communicate with You: To respond to inquiries, send service-related information, request feedback, and manage your account.

• For Verification: To verify the identity and address of Domestic Helpers using Aadhaar details.

• To Process Payments: To facilitate the invoicing and collection of Agency Fees from Clients.

• To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

• To Improve Our Services: To analyze data (often in aggregated or anonymized form) to understand user needs and improve our offerings.

• Future Marketing (with Consent): While we do not currently use your data for marketing, we may wish to do so in the future (e.g., sending promotional emails/messages). We will obtain your separate consent before using your personal information for such marketing purposes.
   

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:  

• Between Clients and Domestic Helpers: We share Domestic Helper profiles (including name, photo, skills, experience) with potential Clients seeking services. We share Client requirements (including nature of work, general location/area, timings) with potential Domestic Helpers who match the criteria. Full contact details are typically shared only upon mutual interest or confirmation of a trial/placement.

• With Third-Party Service Providers:

  • Background Verification Partners: We may share Domestic Helper information (Name, Aadhaar details, address, etc.) with partners conducting background checks, only when requested by the Client as per our Terms and Conditions.

  • Technology Providers: We use platforms like Google Sheets and Airtable for data storage and management, which have their own security protocols. We may also use website hosting or cloud service providers.

  • Analytics Providers: We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic.

  • Advertising Partners: We use Google Ads, which may collect data as described in Google's policies.

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.

Our Services include placing Domestic Helpers who may be aged 16 or 17, as permitted for certain types of domestic work under Indian law (Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, as amended). We collect information from such individuals only for the purpose of facilitating potential employment opportunities requested by them or their guardians and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 without appropriate consent where required. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under 16 inappropriately, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action. Individuals aged 16 and 17 have the same rights regarding their data as outlined in Clause 9.
